Identical inputs always produce an identical filing. Language models are used for extraction and drafting; whether a return is correct is decided in code. - **A named person always approves.** Every run halts at an approval gate. There is no unattended self-approval mode, by design. - **Audit-grade evidence.** SHA-256 hash-chained audit logs, just-in-time access grants, and per-tenant isolation. Evidence can be exported for an auditor. - **One engine, many regimes.** The same core runs EU DORA, UK operational resilience, HMRC Making Tax Digital, and the EU AI Act.
