Qgentic OpRes — sample submission package
==========================================

This is the unedited output of one demo run of the Qgentic engine
(QGENTIC_PACK=opres QGENTIC_AUTO_APPROVE=1 npm run demo), on the synthetic
sample data that ships with every download. Pennine Rose Building Society is
fictional; the identifiers are checksum-valid so the validation is real. The
run includes one genuine computed tolerance breach (a 14.5-hour incident
against a 12-hour tolerance).

Contents:
- third-party-register.csv          - the register of third-party arrangements
- important-business-services.csv - services and their impact tolerances
- incident-report.json              - operational incidents with computed
                                      durations and breach determinations
- manifest.json                     - a SHA-256 hash for every file
- opres-validation.json - the rules the report was checked against
- pipeline-summary.json - what happened in the run, end to end
