Web Infrastructure Terms.
These terms strictly govern your utilisation of the qgentic.co public web infrastructure and associated client-side interactive environments. They do not constitute a software license or commercial agreement for Qgentic platform modules (DORA, OpRes, MTD, AI Act), which are exclusively governed by an executed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Order Form. This infrastructure is operated by Qgentic Ltd (Company No. 17341486), Unit A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom.
Effective: 14 July 2026 · Last Revised: 31 July 2026.
Binding Applicability.
Accessing or traversing the qgentic.co domain constitutes binding acceptance of these terms. Continued utilisation of this infrastructure post-revision (as indicated by the effective date) constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
Technical Documentation & Sandbox.
This infrastructure serves exclusively as a technical documentation hub and interactive evaluation sandbox. All specifications, architectural diagrams, and pricing logic presented are illustrative and subject to modification without notice. They do not constitute legally binding commercial offers; commercial commitments exist solely within an executed MSA.
Client-Side Execution & Synthetic Payloads.
All interactive environments and demonstration interfaces execute exclusively client-side (in-browser) using synthetic, procedurally-generated mock payloads. These payloads are designed strictly to validate determinism and schema compliance against regulatory rule engines. They do not represent legitimate filings, nor do they reflect actual corporate entities. Checksum-compliant identifiers (e.g., LEIs) are utilised strictly to satisfy cryptographic validation gates.
Strictly Software, Not Professional Counsel.
No Legal, Tax, or Regulatory Advice Provided
Qgentic provisions deterministic software pipelines to format and validate regulatory payloads against published technical standards. We do not provide legal, compliance, or tax advisory services. Your organisation retains absolute liability for interpreting regulatory obligations, configuring platform logic, and executing final payload submissions to the relevant competent authorities. Output from this infrastructure or our platform must not be construed as professional advice.
Proprietary Assets & Trademarks.
All architectural diagrams, technical copy, interface designs, and underlying code executing on this domain constitute the exclusive intellectual property of Qgentic Ltd. "Qgentic" and associated module designations ("Qgentic DORA", "Qgentic OpRes", "Qgentic MTD") are protected trademarks. You are granted a limited, revocable right to access the documentation and evaluate synthetic payloads; decompilation, scraping, or derivative use of our assets is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Infrastructure Interactions.
The following vectors are explicitly prohibited:
- Unauthorised Penetration TestingExecuting automated vulnerability scans, fuzzing, or targeted denial-of-service against edge infrastructure without explicit, prior written authorisation.
- Automated Data ExtractionDeploying scrapers, headless browsers, or automated agents to harvest technical documentation or architectural schemas at scale.
- Asset MisrepresentationStripping copyright metadata, misrepresenting affiliation, or deploying Qgentic-branded assets in unauthorised contexts.
- Platform Reverse-EngineeringAttempting to decompile, reverse-engineer, or extract proprietary validation logic from the interactive sandbox environments.
SLA Exclusions & Third-Party Endpoints.
External Endpoints
Routing to external domains (e.g., regulatory schema definitions or competent authority portals) is provided strictly for technical reference. Qgentic accepts no liability for third-party uptime or content validity.
No Infrastructure SLA
This public domain is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for high availability, we offer no binding SLA for uptime, latency, or documentation accuracy on the public tier.
Liability Caps & Exclusions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable jurisdiction, Qgentic Ltd categorically disclaims liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from the utilisation, or inability to utilise, this technical documentation and sandbox infrastructure. Statutory liabilities incapable of exclusion (e.g., fraud) remain unaffected. All liability regarding the actual execution of Qgentic platform modules is strictly ring-fenced by the indemnification and liability caps defined in the executed Master Services Agreement.
Exclusive Governance via Master Services Agreement.
These infrastructure terms do not grant software licensing rights. Production deployments of Qgentic platform modules require execution of the Qgentic Master Services Agreement (MSA), a deployment-specific Order Form (SaaS, Dedicated, or Air-Gapped), and an applicable Data Processing Addendum (DPA). Those legal instruments supersede these terms entirely regarding product execution. Review our integration schemas and security architecture, or request the MSA stack for procurement review.
MTD Filing Service — Summary Terms
For customers of the Qgentic MTD service (governed in full by the MSA and its MTD schedule), the following always holds: the service assembles, validates, and prepares HMRC submissions from the customer's own records, and no return is transmitted to HMRC without finalisation by the customer's named approver. Filings are made under the customer's own Government Gateway authority, granted and revocable by the customer at any time. The customer remains responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of its filings and figures; Qgentic is responsible for the service performing as described. Qgentic MTD is software compatible with Making Tax Digital; HMRC does not endorse or recommend any software product, and nothing on this site or in the product claims otherwise. The privacy handling of MTD data is disclosed in our privacy notice.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution.
This infrastructure agreement, and any technical or commercial disputes arising from it, are governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales retain exclusive jurisdiction over any resulting litigation. Routine updates to these terms will be deployed to this URI; continued access constitutes acceptance of the current commit. Direct legal inquiries to our corporate counsel via the contact portal.
Explicit and Verifiable. We design legal documentation for engineering and compliance professionals: clear boundaries, zero obfuscation. For MSA requests or technical clarifications, contact us directly.
